TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE PROMOTER

• The Promoter is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners GB Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Pemberton House, Bakers Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ ("the Promoter").
• This promotion is administered in conjunction with EMC3 Reality Limited ("EMC3"), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08491174, whose registered office is at Lombard House, Cross Keys, Lichfield, WS13 6DN; and Savi, the coupon fulfilment partner responsible for the issuance and redemption tracking of promotional coupons.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over, except:

• employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with this promotion or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

THE PROMOTION

• The title of this promotion is Golden Match Moments — only at Tesco.
• The promotional period will open at 00:01 on 20/05/2026 (the "Opening Date") and close at 23:59 on 31/07/2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. To participate, visit a participating Tesco store during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code displayed on in-store POS (including shelf edges, aisle fins, security shrouds, display screens, or banner dividers), and follow the steps set out below.
• The promotion is exclusively available at Tesco and is accessible via the microsite at www.goldenmatchmoments.co.uk.
• Only one instant win prize may be claimed per person for the duration of the Promotional Period.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the promotion, participants must:

• Scan the QR code displayed on in-store POS at a participating Tesco store;
• Visit www.goldenmatchmoments.co.uk via the QR link;
• Accept the relevant Cookies Policy and these Terms and Conditions;
• Use the camera-enabled web AR experience to create a personalised Panini-style digital sticker (face detection is required to proceed — participants must allow camera access and ensure a valid face is detected);
• Complete the interactive Peel to Reveal animation to discover whether they have won an instant win prize;
• All participants will receive a downloadable personalised digital sticker image regardless of whether they win an instant win coupon.
• Instant win winners will also be prompted to provide their full name and email address. Their unique money-off coupon will then be sent to the email address provided via EMC3 Reality Ltd. All participants — winning or otherwise — will be prompted to download their personalised digital sticker after the Peel to Reveal.

THE PRIZES

• The following instant win prizes are available: 60,000 x £1 off a 500ml Coca-Cola Zero Sugar coupon, redeemable in Tesco stores only.
• All coupons are unique single-use codes issued via Savi. Each coupon is valid for 7 days from the point of issue, after which it will expire. The expiry date will be displayed on the coupon at the time of issue.
• Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed in Tesco against the qualifying product stated on the coupon.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
• The Promoter operates daily prize caps within the Engage platform to manage prize distribution across the Promotional Period. The availability of instant win prizes may vary by day and participating store. Once the total prize pool of 60,000 coupons has been exhausted, no further instant win prizes will be available.
• All participants will receive a personalised digital sticker as a base reward regardless of the instant win outcome. This digital sticker has no monetary value.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE REDEMPTION

• Instant win winners are notified immediately via the on-screen Peel to Reveal result.
• Winners will be prompted to provide their full name and email address to claim their prize. Their unique digital coupon will be sent to the email address provided via Savi. Winners must follow the link in the coupon email to activate and redeem their coupon at the Tesco checkout when purchasing a qualifying 500ml Coca-Cola Zero.
• All participants will also be prompted to download their personalised digital sticker following the Peel to Reveal, regardless of the instant win outcome.
• The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of any coupon caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete contact details by the entrant.
• Coupons that are not redeemed within 7 days of issue will expire and may be returned to the prize pool or deactivated at the Promoter's discretion.

DATA PROTECTION

• EMC3 Reality Ltd ("EMC3") will collect and process personal information from instant win winners (full name and email address) for the sole purpose of delivering the promotional coupon via Savi. No data is required from standard (non-winning) participants.
• QR scan location data may be collected at store level to support post-campaign analysis for the Promoter and Tesco. This data will be processed in anonymised or aggregated form where possible.
• All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at https://www.cocacolaep.com/company/privacy-notice/
• In accordance with current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish or make available on request information confirming that an award took place, including your name and county. You have the right to object or to ask for less information to be made available. If you wish to object, or have any questions regarding your personal data, please contact support@emc3.co.uk

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation in this promotion or taking up any prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for any technical failures, interruptions or errors in the operation of the microsite, QR codes, AR experience, or Savi coupon system that are beyond its reasonable control.

GENERAL

• By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter.
• Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
• If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or that efforts have been made to distort or undermine the competitive process or spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude any entrant from participating.
• Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries via automated means, macros, bots or third parties, or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full, will be disqualified.
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
• The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This promotion is exclusively available at Tesco. It is not available through any other retailer.
• This promotion has no official affiliation with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026, or any associated governing body beyond the commercial partnership held by the Promoter.
• If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision.
• These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
